What if my package is lost or stolen?
Old Town Disney cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the USPS/ UPS tracking systems show that the package was DELIVERED. However, in the event that your package was lost, please let us know if we can help file a claim with the carrier to report the lost shipment.

How do I change my order?
We typically begin processing orders immediately upon placement and cannot be change them once they are submitted. Please make every effort to carefully review your purchase before placing your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered, or sizes of clothing are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed. 


What do I do if I am missing an item from my order?

Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Do you sell or ship internationally?

We DO NOT sell or ship internationally.
We ONLY sell & ship to the United States and associated territories.

Do you offer exchanges?
Our items often sell out quickly, so we are unable to offer exchanges. You will need to return the goods you no longer would like to keep and make a new purchase from our site.

How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking information to the email you registered with.

How soon will my order ship?
Orders will typically ship out within 2-4 business days from our warehouse in Clovis, California. We ship orders Monday - Friday, during regular business hours only (9am-5pm). While we may prepare shipments after hours or on the weekends we do not ship out on holidays or weekends. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, to the email you registered with.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship out packages via UPS & USPS (United States Postal Service).

We are located in Clovis, California.
